Movies About Moms

Aside from nail & hair care, and body massage, I watch movies as form of rest to regain strength from the busy days of being a mom raising kids alone. Sometimes I even watch movies while I'm doing the laundry...hahaha multitasking!

Here is a list of movies about moms that I've watched...
Bad Moms (2016)
Three exhausted moms are being fed up with their domestic responsibilities. They eventually joined forces and decided to live as go-with-the-flow moms.

Ricki and the Flash (2015)
Story of a failed rock star mom and a daughter who eventually get used to the absence of her mother.

Mom's Night Out (2014)
A mommy blogger who was given a time by her husband to have a night out with friends on Mother's Day.

Goddess (2013)
To get away from boredom in the countryside, a mother of twin boys records herself singing and becomes an instant video sensation.

Brave (2012)
An animated film that tells a story of a princess who defies an arranged marriage which then causes chaos in the kingdom.

Girl in Progress (2012)
A fourteen-year-old daughter decided to mature quickly and creates a list of tasks to complete to reach her goal.

Mother and Child (2009)
Due to teenage pregnancy, she gives her child for adoption and that decision has always haunted her.

Mamma Mia (2008)
A musical film that tells a story of an independent hotelier who is preparing for ther daughter's wedding. Meanwhile, the daughter invites her mother's 3 ex's in the hope of meeting her real father to walk her down the aisle.

Freaky Friday (2003)
Single mother and teenage daughter couldn't get along at anything. They received a mysterious fortune at a Chinese restaurant and wake up the next day with their whole selves switched.

There are many movies about moms that is still waiting for me to discover. Hahaha! Please share what's on your list. I will update this list if I see a new one...
