While we are advised to stay indoors during the community quarantine, number one rule is to store enough food (not just alcohol and masks) so there's no need to go out within the week or so, especially when you have kids. Here's a basic list I've made in spreadsheet to guide you as well as to remind me.
Actually, I searched Google and merged the info here showing the list of produce available in our location. Please click for the full list or zoom in. For meat and fish, you can cook them in preferred dishes, freeze then reheat. I've done meal prep before and it's fine than nothing. Here's the link of my Meal Prep blogpost.
Buy a sack of rice as well if possible.
